Terms and Conditions — 999bd Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999bd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://999bd.life. By completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing any bet on the 999bd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

To register for a 999bd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an active account:

• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and any other information requested by 999bd for identity verification purposes. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold one single 999bd account at any given time. If 999bd discovers that a player holds more than one account — regardless of the email address, mobile number or payment method used — all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited. The primary account will be reviewed and may also be subject to restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 999bd login credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP codes with any other person. 999bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you disclosed your credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security measures.

• You must update your account details promptly if any of your registered information changes.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must log out of your session when using shared or public devices.
• You should enable two-factor authentication where available in your account settings.

999bd reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will communicate the reason for closure via the registered contact details where it is safe to do so.

999bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion as well as these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all 999bd promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (specified per promotion) before they can be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 5× the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering. Crash games and slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Sports bets may have variable contribution depending on odds.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date the bonus was credited, unless the individual promotion states a different period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. You cannot activate a new promotion until the existing bonus has been used or expired.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per game is Rs 500, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.

All games available on the 999bd platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective software providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. The outcome of all casino games on 999bd is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 999bd does not interfere with game outcomes. Crash games use provably fair cryptographic algorithms, and players may independently verify each round's outcome using the published hash. Sports betting odds are determined by licensed data providers and are subject to the specific sports betting terms.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 999bd will investigate the round. If the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Any bet placed using a known technical exploit, game bug or software error will be voided regardless of the outcome. The player's account may be reviewed for further action.

For live casino games, the ruling of the live dealer is final for all matters relating to the conduct of the game at the table. Video recordings of all live sessions are maintained for dispute resolution purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bd platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the 999bd platform for any form of financial fraud, money laundering or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing account access or betting signals.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets to exploit price discrepancies between 999bd and other platforms, or using automated software to place bets.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information or otherwise deliberately circumventing the bonus terms to claim promotional offers more than once.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was used for gambling. Any player found to have initiated a chargeback will have their account permanently closed.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access or use the 999bd platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated means to interact with the platform in a way that simulates human play.

999bd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our duty to player welfare seriously and actively build tools and processes to support it. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players in the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Changes to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Changes to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out.

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Chargeback initiated against a genuine deposit
• Player-requested self-exclusion
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a genuine real-money balance is confirmed and no active fraud investigation applies, 999bd will return the confirmed balance to the player via the original deposit method.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support at support@999bd.life. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to an active bonus will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All content on the 999bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, sound files and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 999bd or its licensed game and content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of 999bd. Unauthorised use of 999bd intellectual property may result in legal action.

The 999bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

999bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control
• Any loss of data, winnings or content resulting from a technical fault
• Errors in odds, game outcomes or displayed information that are identified and corrected promptly
• Any decision made by a third-party game provider that affects the outcome or availability of a game

In all cases, 999bd's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to 999bd in the 30 days preceding the incident.

999bd collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, 999bd uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with any applicable legal obligations and improve the platform.
